How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion using the following methods:
Option 1: From the App
- Open the Nitivakya app
- Go to Settings
- Tap on "Delete Account"
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Request via Email
Send an email to: premjitdevelops@gmail.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include your registered email address.
Account Deletion and Reactivation
- Once you request deletion, your account is immediately deactivated
- You may reactivate your account within 7 days by logging back in
- After 7 days, your account and associated data are permanently deleted
What Data is Deleted
When your account is permanently deleted, we remove:
- Your profile information
- Saved preferences and settings
- User-generated content (if applicable)
- App usage data linked to your account
What Data May Be Retained
We may retain limited data only where necessary for legal and operational purposes:
- Transaction or payment records (if applicable)
- Logs required for security and fraud prevention
- Data required to comply with legal obligations
This retained data is minimized and handled securely.
Data Retention Period
- Data scheduled for deletion is permanently removed after the 7-day reactivation period
- Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and then securely deleted

Important Notes
